The Truth About Japan's Earthquake, Tsunami and Nuclear Disaster
The first fruit of the earthquake was a huge tsunami which stretched from the orient, all the way to the west coast of the United States. America managed to avoid the kind of wholesale destruction seen in Japan. The Japanese are known for being prepared when it comes to such things as earthquakes, but this one caught them off guard. It was just too powerful and created the additional nightmare of a tsunami that came ashore with heights that ranged from thirty to eighty feet.
March of 2011 may end up setting records when it comes to devastating disasters. Earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, extreme weather and more. However, nothing really comes close to the two edged threat caused by the March 12, 2011 Earthquake which may be one of the most severe of all time. Rated at between 9.0 and 9.4, depending on who you listen to, the quake and subsequent aftershocks have caused 310 billion dollars in damage as of this writing, thousands of lives with over six thousand dead and seventeen thousand people still missing. It had also created a potential nuclear nightmare.
Earthquakes that happen under the sea often create the most damaging tsunami waves. Waves of that type can be thirty to eighty feet high when they hit shorelines. The speed and power of the tsunami wave is irresistible and devastating to anyone and anything in its path. Ships, land vehicles, buildings and people are often tossed about like tiny toys in a bathtub. Even the natural shape of the land can be altered by the power of this phenomenon. In the aftermath of the huge waves, the receding water can easily draw people and things out into the ocean.
Residents of towns along the Japanese coast had little time to prepare for what would become record-setting wave heights that worked their way inland, past areas thought to be tsunami safe. One wave that was twenty-three feet high raced ashore at the speed of a jumbo jet and managed to get six miles inland before it began to recede. People, vehicles and buildings of all sizes were laid waste by the giant waves. Nothing could stand up before this huge force of nature and survive.
Along with power outages, lack of clean water supplies, food shortages and thousands of dead bodies washing up on to the beaches of the Japanese coast, came the sudden possibility of a nuclear disaster. Several reactors and containment buildings for their spent fuel were damaged in the earthquake. Despite valiant efforts on the part of employees at several nuclear power generating sites, the threat looms worse than ever. Japan's Prime Minister, Naoto Kan, has become increasingly somber and pessimistic as he has addressed the Japanese People and the world.
The most frustrating thing for the average American is the inability of our national news media to speak the truth concerning the extent of the nuclear problem now facing Japan and the world. It's almost as if it either doesn't exist, or will never reach the shores of the Americas. Even religious leaders and broadcasters seem to be ignoring the nuclear situation. Most of them are more focused on using the earthquake and tsunami as fundraising tools for their individual programs and worldwide ministries.
Several days after the earthquake and tsunami hit Japan, one national religious broadcaster was in the midst of an annual fundraising effort. Although they run a text graphic at the bottom of the screen asking people to pray for the Japanese, they did not mention the twin disasters during their live show and made no mention whatsoever of the nuclear threat posed by the power plants that were damaged. Instead, the preacher in charge asked people to send him ten dollars for a new internet ministry to receive financial blessings. If you didn't have the ten dollars, he suggested that folks go to their neighbors, borrow the money and send it off to him.
It's time for people to understand what is really happening in Japan. Within forty-eight hours of the earthquake, a spokesperson for the Union of Concerned Scientists appeared on The Today Show and stated that the area around the Fukishima facility was registering one million times above normal trace radiation levels. As of this writing, that same area is now said to have radiation levels ten thousand times above safe limits. The sea water around the Fukishima reactors has become highly contaminated with levels now over 1000 times normal.
More frightening than the current situation is the possibility that radiation from one or more nuclear reactors in Japan has been leaking into the world's natural environment for over a year. Several scientists have pointed out that the reactors have not been properly inspected for over ten years. They also say that previous earthquakes and tremors in Japan may have caused damage that was not detected and might explain the enigmatic deaths of fish and birds throughout the world during the last several years.
On March 9, 2011 over one million dead sardines clogged a marina in Redondo Beach, California. The cause of death remains unknown, but many were said to have had high levels of radiation in them. So much so that many could not be used for fertilizer as originally planned. Several fishing vessels within a thousand miles of Japan have reported pulling up nets full of dead fish within weeks of the earthquake. These fish also showed higher then normal levels of radiation when tested.
Tens of thousands of dead fish washed up on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland during the early months of 2011. Since December of 2010, 100 tons of fish have washed ashore near Paraná, Paranaguá, and other costal towns in Brazil. New Zealand reported that hundreds of dead snapper fish washed onto the beaches of Coromandel on the North Island. Not all of these odd occurrences may be related to some unknown or unreported release of radioactive materials, but I cannot recall a time when so many unexplained events of this type have happened so often throughout the world.
In early January over five thousand blackbirds and starlings fell out of the sky and were already dead when they hit the ground in Arkansas. Five hundred birds fell dead out of the sky in Louisiana less than a month later. In all, the U.S. Geological Survey has reported that at least ninety mass deaths of birds and other wildlife occurred between June and December of 2010. None have been explained to the satisfaction of scientists and most wildlife preservation societies; a few have involved over one thousand birds inexplicably dropping out of the sky dead.
It's upsetting to watch news and weather professionals basically lie to people about the potential danger to the United States and other nations posed by the Japanese nuclear disaster. They keep saying that any radiation carried to other areas by seawater currents will be completely dispersed, but is that really true? If loads of dead fish are being pulled up in nets by fishing boats within one thousand miles of Japan and reports now indicate that one or more reactors may have been leaking for a over a year or more, can we not assume that at least some of the damage is already done?
On March 28, 2011, news gathering organizations in the U.S. reported that radioactive iodine (radioiodine-131) has already been detected in rainwater. Officials in California, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, North and South Carolina and Washington State have reported that "low levels" of radioactive iodine have been detected in rain that has fallen in those areas. Meanwhile, Japanese officials now say that soil in some areas distant from the nuclear reactors is eighteen hundred times higher than normal.
As of this writing, on March 27, 2011, Japanese officials report that several pools of radioactive water now exist in containment and/or nuclear reactor buildings that are ten million times above normal. How long can this kind of contamination be contained? That is especially true when you consider the fact that the people trying to solve the problem have admitted that they really do not know how bad the leak is or even if that is the problem in the first place. We must remember that certain types of radiation exposure tend to create damage on humans and animals from the inside out.
As early as March 12, 2011, newspapers and broadcasters were making statements like "It's not good" about the nuclear disaster in Japan. The reactors in question are forty years old and have not been inspected properly for some ten years. The record-setting Earthquake in Japan may have merely added to a problem or leak that already existed. At least five reactors now have problems or are in danger of a core meltdown.
Just in the past few days, sometime around March 24, 2011, three workers from one plant were admitted to the hospital after they were exposed to a pool of contaminated water that may have contained radioactivity that was a million times above the normal levels. The workers were shielded by a large tarp to keep from public from seeing what has happened to them. It's possibly and probably burned by exposure to radiation. It appears that the news media and their carefully chosen expert spokespeople are simply ignoring the reality of radiation science and making things up as they go along, attempting to quell panic among their readers, listeners and viewers.
The worst offenders are the people that claim to speak for the Lord. They stand in their pulpits and remain silent about the threat and the fact that Bible Prophecy is coming true while we watch. God has warned people about ignoring Him and disobeying His Will. For example, the Bible says in Psalm 9:17, "The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God." There are many people in many nations that believe that God is merely a concept; that his Word is a book of fairy tales; that his prophecy and judgments are merely made up stories designed to frighten people. But, guess again!
During the past year we have witnessed a number of disasters and odd events that have been predicted in the Word of God. These include numerous and powerful earthquakes, devastating floods, pestilences, strange and unidentified objects seen in the skies all over the world, wars, conflicts, rebellions, the shrinking and then enlargement of the moon, famines and much more.
ON THE EARTH: According to the U.S. Geological Society, there have been over 50 earthquakes ranging in magnitude from three all the way to the 9.0-9.4 (depending on which expert you listen to) earthquake in Japan from January of 2010 to March of 2011. Record cold weather has destroyed or delayed crops in many U.S. States. A new type of citrus pest is killing orange trees and citrus cops in the southeast and also threatens the southwest. Hoards of up to a million wild boars are roaming the Southern and a few Midwestern U.S. States. They destroy crops, damage property and are difficult to kill.
IN THE SKIES: Last year scientists told us that the Moon was shrinking; now they say it’s growing larger. A huge object appeared over North and South American and moved slowly across the sky. It was photographed and filmed by thousands of people. Scientists were unable to identify this object which did not appear to be a meteor or easily recognizable astronomical object. It did not break apart and may have crashed into the Atlantic Ocean.
The following Bible verses give us a preview of things to come as God’s Judgment plays out on the Earth:
Matthew 24:3-8: "And as he sat upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows."
Luke 21:5-11: And as some spake of the temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones and gifts, he said,
As for these things which ye behold, the days will come, in the which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass? And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them. But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by. Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven."
Isaiah 34:4: "And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off from the vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree."
Ezekiel 22: 25-31: There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken the treasure and precious things; they have made her many widows in the midst thereof. Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them. Her princes in the midst thereof are like wolves ravening the prey, to shed blood, and to destroy souls, to get dishonest gain. And her prophets have daubed them with untempered morter, seeing vanity, and divining lies unto them, saying, Thus saith the Lord GOD, when the LORD hath not spoken. The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have vexed the poor and needy: yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully. And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none. Therefore have I poured out mine indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of my wrath: their own way have I recompensed upon their heads, saith the Lord GOD.
Zechariah 14:12: “And this shall be the plague wherewith the LORD will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.”
It’s important for people to understand that the world will probably not end tomorrow, but the events that are unfolding worldwide are certainly a sign that we are witnessing the beginning of the end. God’s patience is running out and it’s time for people to examine their lives and their relationship with the Creator of our world! Do not be fooled by the happy talk of news media pundits and preachers sold out to the idea that having people support their lavish lifestyles is more important than telling the truth as it’s revealed in God’s Word.

Ohio Earthquake - AKRON, Ohio, Dec. 31, 2011 (from UPI) -- A 4.0-magnitude earthquake shook northeastern Ohio Saturday afternoon, seismologists said. The U.S. Geological Survey said the 3:05 p.m. temblor was centered near Youngstown. Barbara Forney, 79, told the Akron Beacon Journal the jolt from the quake toppled the Christmas tree in the living room of her Akron home. "It was like someone pushed it down," she said. The newspaper said state geologist Michael C. Hansen said the "pretty good-sized" quake was felt as far away as Michigan, Ontario, Pennsylvania and New York. No injuries or major damage had been reported, he said. The quake was the largest of 11 in the last eight months to have occurred within 2 miles of injection wells in Mahoning County used to dispose of brine wastes from gas and oil drilling, Hansen said. There is "little doubt" the quake is linked to 9,000-foot-deep wells the state and the owner, Northstar Disposal Services LLC and operated by D&K Energy Inc., agreed on Friday to shut down, he said. There are 177 such wells being used in Ohio to permanently dispose of the brine wastes. The newspaper said geologists have long suspected injecting liquids into underground rock formations can trigger earthquakes along fault lines. Earthquakes have been linked to injection wells in Arkansas, West Virginia, Colorado and Texas, the newspaper said.
Unexplained Bird and Fish Deaths In Arkansas:

Beebe, Arkansas - Blackbirds have fallen dead from the sky in Beebe, Arkansas, for the second New Year's Eve in a row. Television station KATV showed a radar image that it said showed a large mass over Beebe a few hours before midnight on Saturday. The Little Rock station reported that hundreds of birds had died. Beebe animal control worker Hearst Taylor told KATV the reason for the bird deaths is not known yet. Last year, fireworks were blamed for the deaths of thousands of birds. It was not immediately clear if year-end celebrations are again to blame. Beebe police imposed an impromptu fireworks ban on the night. Biologists said last year's kill was caused by the birds being rousted from their roosts and flying into homes, cars, telephone poles and each other. - from The Daily Mirror, UK

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- When 5,000 dead birds landed on a small Arkansas community on New Year's Eve, followed by a report of 100,000 dead drum fish on the Arkansas River, speculation ranged from the natural to supernatural theories.
Storm Team 4's Ben Gelber talked to local wildlife experts to get answers and find a logical explanation for what happened. "This was a perfect storm of events," said avian expert Jim McCormac, of the Ohio Division of Wildlife. "Probably what happened is that they were disrupted by fireworks. Loud explosions sent the birds into the night and they don't fly at night normally and then they hit structures and they came raining to the ground." McCormac said there is no connection between the Arkansas bird deaths and those that occurred several days later in Louisiana and Kentucky. "This spawned collateral reports, and that happens a lot, of smaller incidents that probably wouldn't have been reported," McCormac said. Storms that struck Arkansas Friday were ruled out as a possible explanation because the squall line had passed the region hour earlier. But stormy weather with lightning, hail and updrafts can be a factor in sudden bird die-offs. "In the '60s, there was a roost of up to a million blackbirds on the OSU campus of all places, right here in Columbus, Ohio, and in 1963 they were hit by a severe cold, wet rainstorm," McCormac said. "There was many, many thousands of blackbirds that died there due to natural weather phenomena." Shortly after the bird die-off, up to 100,000 drum fish washed ashore on the Arkansas River. "The fact that it was almost a single species in Arkansas probably rules out any kind of poisoning or chemical spill," said Ray Petering, Fish Management and Research. "One of the particulars experts will look at is a viral disease." Weather was not a factor in the fish kill unlike last winter when cold waters led to the death of hundreds of manatees in and around Florida. "Being in a river system where the water is moving, it's rare that we ever see a winter kill," Petering said. - from Bing

The SOUTH and MIDWEST - from Fox News - Questions about the incredible images of ping-pong ball sized stones forming a four-foot deep wall on the Texas panhandle were answered Friday when the National Weather Service declared them legitimate -- with a warning that you ain't seen nothing yet. Baseball- or even softball-sized hail could hit the South this weekend, NWS officials warned Friday. “I do think we’ll see larger hail over the next couple days,” Justyn Jackson, a meteorologist with the Amarillo, Tex., Weather Forecast Office, told FoxNews.com. “It’s possible that we could maybe see baseball-sized hail, maybe even softball-sized. That’s not out of the realm of possibility.” 'We could see baseball-sized hail, maybe even softball-sized. That’s not out of the realm of possibility.' - Justyn Jackson, meteorologist “We think it’s going to be east of our area -- Oklahoma, Kansas, those areas,” Jackson said. Images posted on the NWS Facebook page late Thursday showed some of the six scientists and meteorologists sent to the sparsely populated region of Potter County, where hailstones the size of golf balls or ping-pong balls fell following a severe and slow moving thunderstorm that drifted over the Texas panhandle. The National Weather Service estimated that in 2 hours in the late afternoon, 5 to 6 inches of rain fell in a very small area in Northern Potter County, 26 miles north of Amarillo. “We had a slow moving thunderstorm develop about 20 miles northwest of Amarillo that parked itself over the northern part of Potter County -- it produced quite a bit of hail,” Jackson said. One picture showed a Potter County fireman standing near what appears to be a giant gray boulder, about shoulder height -- actually a block of ice compacted by rain and floodwater across the area. “Hail ... up to the size of golfballs fell with the heavy rain,” the Weather Service said in an advisory. More severe even than golfballs falling from the sky was the runoff from the heavy rains, which pushed the hail into three to four foot drifts across U.S. Highway 287 -- closing the route for over 12 hours due to flooding. Jackson said hail drifts were up to the hood of a Chevy Tahoe. Three factors combine to cause thunderstorms: lift, often in the form of a cold front; warm moist air at the surface; and instability. "You combine those three ingredients and you get the development of thunderstorms,” Jackson explained. Water molecules are pushed up into the cold air by the updraft of rising warm air, where they freeze, get heavy enough to leave the updraft and fall. Without strong winds to move them, Jackson said they can get stuck in a cycle, being raised again by the drafts to pick up a second ring of ice, gaining size. "Hail size is dependent on how strong the updraft is in thunderstorm,” Jackson said. “[Updrafts] were weak that day, so the storms really didn’t move fast at all.” Severe thunderstorms are predicted to develop over the far eastern Panhandles Saturday evening, and even larger hail and locally heavy rain, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Agency warned Friday. Meanwhile, Amarillo is still reeling from the unusual situation -- although it has happened before, Jackson told FoxNews.com. “We had a situation in March of ‘93 near a town called Dalhart, 1.5 hour west of Amarillo,” Jackson said. “We had hail that accumulated up to six feet there. It was on the ground for about a month."

LITCHFIELD, Conn. - from Fox News - Glowing whale-sized object falls from sky into Connecticut lake, motorist says. A state trooper and a motorist reported a large object falling out of the sky in Litchfield, Conn. -- a green, glowing, whale-sized object that plunged into Litchfield Lake. State authorities said no go; they failed to locate anything mysterious. The Republican-American of Waterbury reports that a person driving in Litchfield at about 2 a.m. Tuesday reported that an object the size of a whale fell from the sky and crashed into Bantam Lake. Officials say that at about the same time, a state trooper 10 miles away in Warren called dispatchers to report that something fell out of the sky and landed near Bantam or Morris. Morris fighters made several passes up and down the lake in a boat looking for a possible plane crash, but didn't find any debris. Authorities called off the search, leaving the mystery unsolved. But science may have the answer: According to the National Weather Service, there was a meteor shower that morning, WTNH.com reported.
2 Timothy 3:
1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away
.
6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
9 But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.
10 But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,
11 Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.
12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;
15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Aurora, Colorado - from Wikipedia.org - On July 20, 2012, a mass shooting occurred inside of a Century 16 movie theater in Aurora, Colorado, during a midnight screening of the film The Dark Knight Rises. A gunman, dressed in tactical clothing, set off tear gas grenades and shot into the audience with multiple firearms. 12 people were killed and 70 others were injured, the largest number of casualties in a shooting in the United States.[3] The sole assailant, James Eagan Holmes, was arrested in his car parked outside the cinema minutes later. It was the deadliest shooting in Colorado since the Columbine High School massacre in 1999. Prior to the shooting, Holmes rigged his apartment with homemade explosives, which were defused by a bomb squad one day after the shooting. Holmes was sentenced to life without parole in 2015.

Murders of Alison Parker and Adam Ward - from Wikipedia.org - On August 26, 2015, news reporter Alison Parker and camera operator Adam Ward, of Roanoke, Virginia, CBS affiliate WDBJ, were conducting a live television interview near Smith Mountain Lake in Moneta, Virginia when they were murdered by a gunman. The person being interviewed, Vicki Gardner of the Moneta Chamber of Commerce, was shot in the back during the attack but survived. During the live broadcast, eight shots and Parker's screams could be heard, after which Ward's camera fell to the ground. The footage captured a fleeting image of the attacker, who was wearing black trousers and a blue shirt, holding a handgun. The assailant was confirmed to be Vester Lee Flanagan II, also known as Bryce Williams, a former reporter at WDBJ. He often sought confrontations with coworkers and said he was discriminated against because he was African American and gay. Flanagan died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church Shooting - from Wikipedia.org - On the evening of June 17, 2015, a mass shooting took place at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in downtown Charleston, South Carolina, United States. During a prayer service, nine people were killed by a gunman, including the senior pastor, state senator Clementa C. Pinckney; a tenth victim survived. The morning after the attack, police arrested a suspect, later identified as 21-year-old Dylann Roof, in Shelby, North Carolina. Roof later confessed to committing the shooting in hopes of igniting a race war. The United States Department of Justice investigated whether the shooting was a hate crime or an act of domestic terrorism, eventually indicting Roof on 33 federal hate crime charges. Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church is one of the United States' oldest black churches and has long been a site for community organization around civil rights. Roof is to be indicted on federal hate crime charges, and has been charged with nine counts of murder by the State of South Carolina. If convicted, he could face a sentence of death or thirty years to life in prison. A website apparently published by Roof included a manifesto detailing his beliefs on race, as well as several photographs showing him posing with emblems associated with white supremacy. Roof's photos of the Confederate battle flag triggered debate on its modern display.
